Assent Mortgage Finance is a licenced Australian finance brokerage (Australian Credit Licence No: 390196) that was established in 2004 to provide a professional finance broking service for those clients requiring specialist lending advice; not just the 'run of the mill' home loan mortgage broking service.
We are specialist Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) and Inventory Financing brokers.
The principal Finance Broker at Assent Mortgage Finance is Richard Hicks. Richard has spent over 30 years in the Finance, Funds Management and Financial Planning industries.
We do not push any particular lenders products, rather we are guided by what type of SMSF financing strategy is best suited for our clients needs, whilst addressing any credit issues or personal / business factors that demands a knowledgeable & professional broking service to assist with.
